Disposable vapes have been phased out across the UK. From 1 June 2025, retailers can no longer sell or supply single use disposable vapes, including non nicotine versions, online or in store. Reusable vapes remain legal. The Disposable Vaping Ban applies across the UK and covers all brands and all flavours if the device is single use.
